Bad delivery

Courier guy went to deliver my cellphone at the wrong house yesterday lucky the lady had to call me to inform me these a parcel which belong to me.

I don't how they can drop something without confirmation of asking it the ryt person they gave the stuff am not happy cause what if that was a ****mer person risking with my life going by my self to fetch the stuff the company the service it not good.
