Bad Customer service / Poor Communications/ ****s / Thefts

I am so annoyed by the service from you guys. i have to schedule my days according to your delays . i was suppose to receive my order on monday so i stayed home to make sure theres someone to collect package. I Got an SMS at half 4 saying they couldnt deliever . i decided to go to work on tuesaday because why wait on something i have no sure it will happen. Donald called to tell me his on his way i told him i am at the office and that i will be home a bit late he said he will reschedule it for today . Donald still didnt call or calll after i receive messages of my packed being loaded in a car and will be delieverd today half 4 i get message Donald is on the way to you. clicked on the link SORRY DELIEVERY DELAYED. I NEED MY PARCEL I paid for it and the miscomunication is annoying employ more people to make sure you deliever our things on time.
