Bad customer service from courierIT... missing takealot bookings

Courierit have been constantly missing my deliveries. I commit to sending overnight parcels which cost a lot but my orders are never delivered on time. they are always lost. i have to follow up only for them to take action.

on Friday 3 Dec 2021 and I was promised a 4 Dec 2021 delivery but they didn't leave up to their promise.

i am a retailer on takealot and they are not booking my parcels on time and im being charged for overnight packages and I'm not getting what I'm paying for.

the bill comes but the service is terrible and no one makes an effort to deliver.

They have missed 3 bookings and have not ever given me a good explanation besides shifting blame. it has led to numerous lead time suspensions and it has cost my company and clients a lot of revenue. I am very disappointed and will not recommend them to anyone
