Bad customer service!!!!

I ordered goods from a service provider and they sent it via Courierit. I received SMSes on the 2nd December to say my Goods were with Courierit and were being "Speedily Delivered" to me I was very happy because I need those items urgently. Today I tried tracking them and the system kept giving me errors. I then called Courierit, spoke to Chantel - who told me that my Parcels were still on the floor and I would only receive them sometime next week.

I have never been this upset and disappointed - they raised my expectations, saying my goods were on the way, whilst knowing full well that my Items were just sitting around their warehouse!!! This is the worst customer service!
