Bad customer service and parcel delayed

Hello Peter I write this with no joy the customer service I receiving at courierit regarding my parcel is not pleasant at all, it's been the 3rd week now waiting for my parcel to be delivered till this day I haven't received it. When I call thy put me on hold more than an hour and then their answer to my query is that they have address problem even though it was corrected more than 3 times, they just not clear about when will I get my parcel
