Bad customer service and delays with courier services

The worst service. My parcel hasn't been delivered yet that has been on transit since Wednesday. I gave them my work address as they said my area is high risk but nothing has been done. I called the reception and Banele transferred me 3 times to customer service but my line keeps being cut off, I call again complaining to her about it and she rudely interrupted and said someone allocated will call back. I need my parcel today, I have plans but they give bad bad service, addidas must review their selected courier services because courierit is not doing a good job at representing addidas. I'm so ****ed, I'm not happy with the staff from the reception. Do they even have QA because their responses are not professional.

Can someone please assist me. I requested to be put through to the manager but still.
