Bad customer service

The call centre people are soooooo rude . Wow. Wanted to arrange the driver to come to a different location I put on the way bill after he missed me at that address ,Joburg branch assistants were so rude in their response before giving me the number to the right branch I needed to contact,and only then at the Welkom branch the lady who answered was amazingly understanding and gave me the number of the driver.
