Bad customer service

I am deeply disappointed with the service provided by Courier IT. For over a week now, an order assigned to them has not been delivered. Every day, they claim that the contact is unavailable, despite my efforts to ensure availability.

This level of service is unacceptable. Their inability to answer phone calls or provide timely updates shows a lack of professionalism and consideration for their customers’ time. It’s frustrating to deal with a company that seems to have no regard for the businesses they represent or the clients they serve.

I placed an order through Converse Online, but the experience has been overshadowed by Courier IT’s inefficiency. Based on this experience, I would not recommend their services to anyone and hope no future orders I place are handled by this unreliable courier company.

I urge you to address these issues immediately to prevent further dissatisfaction for customers like me.
