BAD CUSTOMER SERVICE

i send parcels to takealot follow courierit rules and relagtions, when sending to takealot cpt

however i still have late deliveries no one phones or sends email explain why they are going to be late -try to get hold of someone in cpt via the phone impossible -its like i dont exist as a customer i am just a number to them -but when you dont pay they phone like mad

THEY JUST DONT CARE
