Bad customer experience by delivery guy

I would like to complain about very poor service from a driver named Gino. I was not home to get my parcel he leaves the waybill page at home with my cousin to for me to fill in with a contact number for him to bring the delivery. I phone the driver to make contact with him. Explaining to me that he is in the area but refuses to redirect his route to do my delivery. Driver makes a whole lot of excuses for not delivering the package and only want to deliver the next day. I phone the customer service line and request a callback speaking to a Jerry and no call takes place. The driver further wanted me to meet him somewhere to do the delivery which is a pathetic suggestion.
