BAD CUSTOMER EXPERIENCE !!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

I am waiting for a delivery and the company being used is Courier-it. My request was very specific that I want my delivery before 30 January 2019 of after the mentioned date, reason being that I had a days leave and my delivery was supposed to be delivered at my work address. On the morning of 30 January 2019 I received a sms from the courier saying they will deliver today at my work address, I immediately tried calling the branch in Montana but unfortunately no answer.

I called the JoBurg office and spoke to Kim, very helpful and asked me to send them an email. After confirming the delivery date and time for 31 January 2019 between 8:00 - 11:00 am via email to the courier company.

Unfortunately that didn't work at 16:00 on 30 January I received a phone call from the office stating the courier is there with my parcel. I spoke to a very uninformed person who tried his utmost best to apologize on behalf of the company.

I immediately phoned the Montana branch, and a miracle took place, my call was answered. The polite lady transferred me to someone in deliveries, the gentlemen was helpful and as I was driving at that stage promised me that he will send me a sms with his name and their location. I now had to pick up the parcel myself at the courier company.

I waited and waited, just before their closing time i called Montana office again, I was transferred again to deliveries. This time a very loud and not so polite person answered my call and said I can come and pick up my parcel. I asked for his name and did not get it.

Is there someone that can assist me my waybill number is: THD ********** 0, even if I must play courier I will come and pick it up myself.................
