Bad courier service

RMB/FNB uses them to deliver bankcards. They are incapable of communicating and finding an address. When I ask to speak to the manager, they say he’s unavailable. Problem is they did exactly the same with my business partners card a few months back. They ask you to be home the whole day for their delivery and then never pitch. I would not recommend them to anybody.
