Bad client service

My order was supposed to be delivered yesterday as per comms on WhatsApp however when i received the message saying driver is en route to my location i tracked and the tracking stated that i am not available at physical address. Today i received the message and my sister was outside but no trace of the driver. I have not received call from the driver which is surprising because all courier services do actually call when they are outside but not from this specific company. I called the contact centre and got referred to a different agent everytime and just couldn’t get ahold of Craig i sent an email and there was no response the level of service is very poor as you do not have sense of urgency. Adidas should reconsider their contract with Courier IT
