Bad bad service!!

I’ve been tracking my parcel and wasting my airtime calling them since last Friday the 22nd. They don’t pick up calls and when they finally do pick up after several attempts, the guy is so quick to drop off call. I’m so irritated with their service. They tell me they will call me back but nothing till today the 26th. When tracking my parcel it keeps saying “contact not available” if that’s me they talking about I don’t know how I’m unavailable yet nobody has tried contacting me😠 I seriously don’t recommend their services, I’ve received parcels through other courier companies in the past with no stress so this is unacceptable.
