Bad Bad Bad Non-service

Absolutely ***********,i've been waiting an entire week for my parcel. I get a sms every morning to say i will get parcel delivered today and end of the day there is an update "driver ran out of time x3".....4th day the entry is "contact not available x2" which is a blatant lie!!!!

Customer service cannot assist, I have never waited this long for a delivery and the fact that they are lying and making it out as if its my fault and I'm unavailable, is pathetic!
