BAD BAD BAD

Courierit delivered my FNB card and refused to give it to me without a COPY of my ID , how do they still expect people working from home to have a copy of their ID with them? and after contacting the supervisor ( Willson) he said it is an instruction from FNB. Why will FNB request a copy as they do have my information on the system ? , where is the POPI act being in place ? All companies are going digital and have the equipment to take a photo on a device of your ID exept Courierit!!!!!!!!
