I received a sms to confirm delivery today, but the waybill shows an entirely different area than where I live. I phoned them, and the woman who answered transferred my call to the most rude person I have ever dealt with. His reason was that it was my fault and not his. I specified I lived in Equestria, but my waybill magically showed Constantia Park. Never using them again. Pudo or RAM is much better.
