I won this voucher with your Kfm competition and ever since you issued it, it has been a nightmare for me, I don't know who or what the trail of people involved was or is but it went via courier it, on the 13th of December I received a SMS saying my parcel is on its way, I waited all day and nothing came, the night I checked and it showed delivered....only I never received it, i have been fighting with them ever since and still have no answers they won't tell me if they lost it, gave it at the wrong address or what happened i spoke to several people who keep giving me the run around but no answers i just called and they say it is out of their hands and that the lady at adidas named Fadwa sent an email to state I should request a refund from where it originally came from, what more am I to do, I spent money calling these people who couldn't care less,
