Awful experience; would not recommend

Awful experience; parcel not delivered today due to "Driver delayed" without any forewarning — not even an update sent to me. Package was en route since early this morning and I still haven't received it at 6pm, and now it seems to have been delayed to Monday. Pathetic service. Honestly just use Courier Guy instead.
