Awesome call center

I have to comment Fusi (Call center agent) and Timothy from Courier it on Excellent service they recived parcel from Telkom at 16.00 and it was delivered by 09.53 the next morning , a special well done to Fusi who when I called to check what time the driver will be delivering went out of her way to call driver check and arrange that driver come before a leave the office for meetings , well done guys.
