Avoid using CourierIT

Avoid using CourierIT – their customer service is nonexistent when issues arise. I ended up paying twice for the same parcel to Takealot, which wasn't delivered on time and was returned to me. Customer service numbers go unanswered, and mailboxes are perpetually full. They are utterly unreliable and a waste of time and money.
