AVOID THIS ROTTEN SERVICE COMPANY : THEY HAVE 87 PAGES OF COMPLAINTS ON HELLOPETER DATING BACK TO JAN. 2015 !!!

I bought an item from iPhone Store on 1/7/22. On 2/7/22 it was with COURIT at Cape Town airport. For the next five day tracking said "Waiting for driver to be assigned". On 7/7/22 I received a cellphone message "We were unable to deliver iStore parcel". When I phoned them, they said the driver was at my adress but no-one was home. This is a blatant lie as I was at home ALL day. Furthermore, no one phoned me at any stage, nor did the tracking ever say the parcel is out for delivery. I was informed that I now have to wait another week until 14/7/22 as rural areas are only served on Tuesdays.
