Atrocious customer service

It’s very frustrating having to hold for the next available agent, n the “calls are supposedly recorded” but the unprofessionalism is unmatched… I called to update my number for a delivery I’m awaiting, requested a reference for the call as the person i was speaking to sounded very sleepy and was bored with having to assist, she then decided to keep the call that i am paying for running while she chit chats on the background and ignore my request for a reference number. Very ****ty service you need to retrain your call receiving department 🚮🚮
