As someone that is a manager at Transunion Customer Support, I have to say To Thuli, she went above and beyond, after UPS failed to inform me that my package is with COURIER IT. I had to run around contacting Cape Town UPS, and I STRUGGLED! but once I found that my package was with COURIER IT, Thuli, really did the most! She updated my number, confirmed my address, reassured me and even called me back when my line dropped, I was very impressed. Thank you Thuli for our amazing customer service!
