APPALLING SERVICES

Appalling services! Adidas must cancel this partnership with Courier It. I received an sms at 07:30 stating that my package is out for delivery. I've been waiting ever since until I decided to give CourierIT a call to track the driver at 14:42.I spoke to a lady called Amelia and she told me that she'll get someone to call me back to advise the driver's ETA. An hour and half later, I called again and no one picked up. I called again at 17:35 and spoke to a guy from customer services to update me on the status of the driver. The guy told me that the driver is around my area and he will call back to confirm the delivery. It's now 19:43 and I havent received neither my parcel or a call back. Besides their appalling services they are also a bunch of ****s. I will report adidas to reconsider their partnership with Courier IT. They are dishonest and ***********.
