Appalling service...mxm mxm mxm

The worst service ever...these people had my parcel since early this morning, around 6pm they send a stupid sms saying they couldn't deliver...reason?! Address problems...really?! You have my phone number but you dont call when you cant find the location?! Does that make sense?! Maar nou stuur julle n sms?! Mxm When there's a problem with the address; phone the client and confirm the address...what's going to happen on the next business day? Because the address wont change? Are you going to give me the same lame excuse forever????
