Appalling Service

My experience with Courierit was absolutely shocking. I purchased items from the IStore for next day delivery and had to go and collect the items myself from the CourierIt facilities 5 days later. My delivered was just marked as failed and not once did someone from the company reach out to try resolve the matter. Shocking! How brands such as Apple are teaming up with this company is beyond me
