Appalling customer service

Worst delivery company I've come across in my entire existence.There is no communication, nothing.They do not know how to add value to their number one stakeholder, which is their customers. Wonder why then they are in business as they are not serving the customers. I do see with reviews that their reputation preceeds them.Please use customer reviews to improve your service.....as I keep following up on my parcel, using my airtime to call, waiting not knowing when my delivery will arrive. Appalling customer service really.
