Appalling customer care and service

I have been expecting a telkom delivery through courierit since Monday. The company sends me messages about my delivery being out on delivery, with a deaf URL. Wondering why you would attach a link if it serves no purpose. I called telkom yesterday after receiving the 2nd delivery message and they gave me the courierit number to call, talk about poor service and sheer lack of customer service, right from the switchboard to customer service!!! I wonder why telkom is even using such a company, perhaps someone in telkom is related to this *********** courier company, this is the only logical reason for me for now- unless telkom doesn't really care or respect it's own customers. The listening skills of the guy at customer care line, appalling...the least said about him, the better
