Appaling Service

<p>I completed an upgrade with my mobile phone service provider, they have informed me that courierit will be utilized to deliver the handset, to date i have not received anything.</p> <p> </p> <p>I was supp**** with a waybill number to manually track my parcel and i have picked up that the delivery guy was at our offices today and left as I apparently am an "Unknown Contact", I made contact with the head office andthe lady informed me of this. No form of contact was made by the delivery guy, i believe that he/she did not make an attempt to contact me after an updated contact number was supp****.</p> <p> </p> <p>I need to have someone make contact with me before C.O.B today (16:30) regarding a solution to have this device delivered today still.</p> <p> </p> <p>If the delivery person could send a sms notification on the first delivery attempt, why could they not do that today.</p> <p> </p> <p> </p>
