Omw!!!!! Ridiculous does not even begin to describe this. My parcel was picked up in jhb taken to CT now on its wat back to jhb to then come to Upington. I live in the northen cape nd my parcel is being sent back and forth beyween gauteng and the western cape. I will not even begin to describe my frustration with the lack of customer service as no phone in any province is answered. The tracking website is up to ****. No updates besides the one stating my parcel is in cape town. This company is not even worth the paper their registration is printed on. SHAME ON YOU!!!
