And Letters Novela Save the day (parcel) ;) After my parcel was not delivered twice -- I called the customer care line. I had the pleasure of being assisted by Letters Novela!! What a Hero- He went over and above to make sure I got my parcel, and he changed the delivery address to make it easier for the driver. He called the driver to make sure what time He would arrive and kept me updated the whole time!!! Outstanding customer service!! I am truly amazed by Letters Novela's work and really going the extra mile!!! Give that man a Bells !!
