Amazing service from Letters Novela

This rating is specifically for Letters Novela because after 2 weeks of querying about my return collection to Adidas he was the one person that was able to resolve my query. I was very doubtful after being promised feedback by others and never received it but he was a man of his word and my query was resolved in less than 24hrs! I just wish he answered my first call when I first called in I would not have gone through the frustration I went through. A true shining example of delivering impeccable service to customers. Keep it up Mr Novela you even made me forget that I was irritated and frustrated.
