Absolutely useless and inefficient courier

Worst courier service I have encountered. Why does Telkom make use of such an inefficient service? Although I asked that they arrange a time of delivery, they simply showed up without notice. Promised to deliver next day. Waited more than an hour. Called, but courier could not tell when. Tried to contact the depot on two numbers, no answer. Eventually receive the package. No facilities to scan my ID. Had to make a hard copy. Driver would not get out of vehicle. Man on back of bakkie struggled to find my parcel - a pile of unorganized parcels! Not much hope for Telkom, if they continue to use this courier!!!
