absolutely pathetic terrible service to say the least

never EVER have i experienced service this bad and i have been in the same industry for over 35 years. i received a message yesterday morning stating my parcel was out on delivery. it never arrived. i went onto the portal and there is a message saying...customer not available. i was available until 20h00 and nobody even attempted delivery. i have been trying to call them all morning. if they do answer the phone i get transferred and then get a message saying the mailbox is full and the phone goes dead. when someone answers, if they do, and you explain what you have been experiencing, they just transfer again to get rid of you. i did manage to find out that my parcel was NOT out on delivery today but with no explaination. how does an organisation like this manage to stay in business???? i have been promised 3 times that someone will call me back buck that never happens. in my day, when customer service was exactly that. a plan got made to resolve the issue....now it just seems like NOBODY at this company take their jobs seriously....absolutely frustrated and ****ed off to say the least but my hands are tied.....you are pathetic courierit.....and that is being kind....even the mails i send to your jhbqueries address do not get answered.
