Absolutely disgusting service.

So I purchased an iPhone 13 pro max and a tablet, and I was told that courier it will be the one delivering. I then waited for two weeks for my package to be delivered however nothing was done.

I then decided to take the initiative to DRIVE by myself to the warehouse and collect my parcel, mind you I'm using my own vehicle and fuel(yes the one that costs R23/litre, when I got there I explained to them my reason of being there, to my surprise I was told that they can't give me my parcel regardless I am there, I asked to speak to a supervisor (Indian guy🙄) who refused to give me his name, he informed me that they will deliver my parcel in the evening, that really got to me to a point that I had to swear at them. I ended up telling them I do not want the parcel anymore they should take it back, I will ask for my refund.
