Absolute Incompetence

Worst service ever. Only courier company so far that is "unable" to find my address but also won’t bother calling the cell number I provided for just such a situation. After multiple calls to customer service promising to provide feedback and giving them my number every time, I never received a call back and the last attempt I made I was told it cause they don't have MY NUMBER. What a bunch of clowns. For any company out there that value their name and brand please don't use CourierIt. Horse and cart will be more effective.
