A disappointed customer

I have a feeling that not all employees are taking their job seriously. I received a message saying my package would be delivered on 10/09/24 in the morning. I followed up with a call around 3 PM and was told that it was on the way. I also received an SMS saying the driver was on his way to me. However, when I called to check the next day, I was told that the driver couldn't find my address. I find it hard to believe that the address couldn't be located, or at the very least, the driver could have called for directions. I asked if they could provide me with the location of the warehouse so that I could collect the package myself. They said they would call me back with the information, but I haven't heard anything from them yet. In my opinion, their service is unprofessional and lacks a sense of urgency.
