A company so useless it's a wonder they haven't turned politicians

This is my first and hopefully last experience with this pathetic excuse for a courier company. I purchased something online on the 1st of feb. Tomorrow is the 10th and I'm still waiting for delivery. On Friday the 5th of feb they missed delivery because the driver could not find paarden eisland in cape town. He wound up in brooklyn. How in god's name do they NOT contact the recipient when struggling to find the delivery point? WHY and HOW is such a company even still operating? Today I received a email to say that the item is out for delivery. The day is over and still nothing. Reaching them is a nightmare as well. These are the type of companies that South Africa can do without!!!!!!
