I had an issue of a lost parcel and tried to reach out and search for it after I realized that it was not received by my professor so I tried again and again to contact the stores I was refered to but nothing until I called courier IT again yesterday just to ask if they can further help me with my situation there came Ms Thulisile Motshoeneng she patiantly helped me through the whole situation and promised to further investigate the matter and now she just called me and my parcel is found and on its way to the right destination Ms Thulisile is an amazing person she just came in and helped me in just a minute after It took me a month searching for my parcel big up to MsThulisile
