hi<br> at 14:00 hrs i tracked my parcel and noticed they had a address problem <br> i called them and gave the proper address as marlboro gardens (not jhb as they had it)<br> <br> i was told the parcel will be re routed to another truck and i will get it even if it be at night. which i agreed to.<br> <br> i started calling them on all their numbers from 19:30+-<br> no body answers their phones including the *** and all their fax and line numbers.<br> <br> after callinfg various branches i was given the managers no mr kevin.<br> who could not find my parcel in the problem cage as per their track it site.<br> he told me it is impossible for him to find it on the floor because he has over 1500 parcels and will maybe try and send tit if he finds it<br> also told me it has been put aside but not for delivery tomorrow (fri) (( did not make sense to me)))<br> <br>
