8 days still no delivery!!!

I was supposed to receive a gift that was sent to me. it was supposed to be delivered by the 11th March it is now the 19th. i had called in to find out and it so happends that they claimed they were 3 or 4 delivery attemps note that i did not receieve any call from the driver so state that he was waiting except once which i told the driver he should wait 5 minutes and he was unable to do so fair enough i understand. after calling them i had a check on my camera system to see if the driver had c ome at all and he hasnt yet they are claiming 3 or 4 delivery atemps. It blows my mind as to why they would not call me and inform me. Yesterday 18 march the manager stated to me that the driver had the wrong address details (there fault) yet they could only send the order out the following day this is real terrible service.

just a follow up on this matter. till today they have not delivered the package but keep stating that the package is out for deliver and my contact is unavailable. i have placed an orders from overseas using fedex and and there delivery from the uk is only 4 days this is really rediculous and what really frustrates me is they claim to have come to the address when i clearly can see they havent the last time i asked for proof they had nothing to show me but the wrong address the driver was driving to. Guys this package has been out for delivery since the 11th march so that is a total of 14days (2weeks) that they have been claimimg to deliver. Guys please save yourself the hassel and do not ever deal with this company
