2 Weeks of Misery

Overall experience is a 1. I rate my one specific experience with the customer service representative named Letters Novela a 5/5. It took me 2 weeks to get someone that was helpful. The delivery person did not arrive until Letters immediately responded and reached out to their supervisor. Letters was responsive, professional, and went above and beyond by providing an exact time frame on when to expect my package. My previous experience with the customer representatives seemed like they were kicking the can for someone else to handle it. Letters showed initiative and delivered results. I’d never use or recommend Courierit to anyone but Letters was the diamond in the rough. I don’t feel bad giving a 5 because the 1.98 average is reflective of most of my experience. They’re fortunate to have Letters
