2 weeks later, no delivery

I am utterly disappointed with Courierit. It's been 2 weeks of waiting for my orders. Everyday I receive smses that my orders are out on delivery and I need to be available at given address, but 2 weeks later, I still haven't received my order from TFG Group. I have tried calling them, sending emails but response is always that I will receive my order. *********** staff and worse excuses about the delay of my deliveries. TFG Group needs to change their courier company for online orders. This is really dissapointing..
