Horrible service!!!!! Got a message yesterday that my parcel would be delivered. No response received yet and no communication received either. I called customer service and was transferred to 3 people! And eventually reached "the persons mailbox is full" and was not assisted at all. No one picks your call up. Waiting time is forever.
