Kzn ' country glam - Trace

Trace from country glam has promised me a full refund on my order which I cancelled due to personal reasons. 7 months in advance. Trace advised no issues with the refund, but it will take 30 days. After multiple msgs she made a partial refund of R1500, Trace from country glam boutique in KZN still owes me R2100. No response from her and ignoring my messages. Will not recommend them.
