I paid for Trace R2000 for flowers for my wedding, my flowers were never delivered, so i requested a refund. she disappeared and doesn't respond to any emails or message sent. Her friend Charlie whom she was in partnership with is also not responding to my messages. It has been over a year since I requested a refund from Trace.
