LA Finesse Herm**** NOT RECOMMENDED

I bought a handbag from LA Finesse in June 2017.Cotton Road Brand Handbag. I used the handbag a few times. I noticed it was fraying by the handles and returned the item to the shop. The owner sent a message that they are not Interested to refund, replace or give a voucher. I think this a very poor response and am very disappointed. For the Cotton Road quality and for the ATTITUDE OF THE SHOP AND OWNER!
