Two orders. Two cancellations. Weeks of waiting. One very disappointed customer.
I am extremely disappointed with my experience trying to purchase a Cotton Road bag. I ordered one of your waterproof beach backpacks through Makro Online on 3 July, only for the order to be cancelled on 15 July after waiting nearly two weeks. Thinking it was a once-off issue, I ordered the same bag in a different colour on 16 July, only for that order to be cancelled on 23 July as well. Twice I got excited. Twice I waited. Twice I was left disappointed. Whether the issue lies with Cotton Road's stock availability or communication with retailers, this reflects very poorly on your brand. Customers shouldn't be able to purchase products that ultimately cannot be supp****. I'm a teacher and had been looking forward to using my new Cotton Road bag for the start of the school term. Instead, I was left empty-handed after weeks of waiting. I love Cotton Road products, which makes this even more disappointing. I sincerely hope this issue is addressed so other customers don't have the same frustrating experience.
