Poor quality food standard

Good Day.. Introduced someone to the chargrilled steak Gatsby on Sunday and what a disappointment..I always highly recommended it but the steak was so tough, we had to fight with it in order to get it down. I wasn't feeling too well afterwards.. Please take into consideration this Gatsby doesn't come cheap and the insanely long wait was definitely not worth it. I still feel sick just thinking about it. Quality has dropped so I doubt i will be suporting anytime soon if not at all. And I too won't be recommending other potential patrons either.
